Doctors Who Treat AT/RT

A patient with AT/RT should be treated by an interdisciplinary team that includes neurosurgeons, oncologists, radiologists, physical therapists, and other pediatric specialists with advanced training and extensive experience in children’s brain tumors. The pediatric neurosurgery service at Weill Cornell Medicine Neurological Surgery offers the services of four of the top surgeons in the field as well as access to a full range of specialists in all the disciplines a patient needs. Dr. Souweidane and Dr. Greenfield are not only the pediatric neurosurgeons at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, but also at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Hospital, which is just across the street from our facility here on the east side of New York.

A pioneering champion of minimal access neurosurgery, Dr. Souweidane has specialized endoscopic surgical skills that attract patients and practitioners that benefit from his talents.
