Alyssa Phelan obtained her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. Her prior experience on medical-surgical units as a stroke-certified RN in Philadelphia gave her a deep understanding and appreciation of diverse disease processes and pathologies.
Committed to providing high-quality patient care, Alyssa offers support from preoperative preparation to postoperative recovery. Presently, Alyssa closely collaborates with the neurosurgeons and Advanced Practice Providers at Weill Cornell Medicine, aiming to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
